The Good Intent responded 3rd Ave in West West Terrance for a reported transformer fire. Upon arrival 3-02 found a tree uprooted and leaning against a telephone pole. The tree eventually started cetching on fire from resting on the high voltage lines.

The Good Intent responded to the Branchdale Citziens FireStation to close route 209 down because of a MVA with entrapment.

The Good Intent responded to the Pottsville/Minersville Highway for a reported vehicle rolled over on it roof. Upon arrival 3-02 found a Toyota pickup truck laying on its roof on a dirt drive way that was a covered with ice. The driver climbed out and walked back to his house to call a tow truck

The Good Intent and Engine 3-10 visited their sister company in Blue Ridge Summit Pa this past weekend. Blue Ridge Fire and Rescue was the company that we bought 3-10 from in 1994. On Sunday just before we came home Fire Chief Jim and his wife took us on a tour of the National Fire Academy. This location is where FEMA and the National Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial is located. |
